The Ministry of Manpower has announced that licensed employment agencies in Singapore will be subject to new licensing conditions from 1 October 2020. The most important amendment, referred to as the “ Fair Recruitment Practice”, will require recruitment agencies and consultancies like ourselves to comply with Singapore's Fair Consideration Framework when recruiting on behalf of their clients and take steps to prevent discriminatory practices in recruitment and hiring.

Monty is the country manager of the Robert Walters Singapore. Monty first started with Robert Walters in China in 2013, where he recruited within the Technology & Telecommunications division. In 2015, he moved home to Singapore, where he recruited within the Technology – Sales, Projects and Infrastructure division and was promoted twice to senior manager. In 2018, he moved to the Philippines to head the Manila office. His most recent move saw him back in Singapore, where he leads the office as Country Manager.
