How it works

We provide experienced consultants who are employed by us and deployed to you on a contingent basis. All our consultants are fully vetted before deployment.

Our experienced consultants are available for mid to long-term assignments, typically six months or longer, and make an impact from day one. Because our consultants are permanently employed by us, we take on all compliance risk, including co-employment and IR35. This gives you complete peace of mind.

Unlike traditional consultancies, you have the option to convert consultants to permanent employees at the end of the agreed term. This helps you build long-term capability while trialing talent before making a commitment.
