Starting as a top biller in our Contracting team, Anarane quickly progressed to lead a multi-functional specialist team in Commerce Contracting. Her ability to grow and develop the team has been truly inspiring, with her leadership enabling them to achieve significant milestones and deliver outstanding results year after year.

When Anarane first began building the Commerce Contracting practice, the market was not as receptive as it is today. Through her vision and determination, she laid the groundwork that has allowed the team to thrive and exceed expectations - a testament to her ability to drive change and create lasting impact.

Last year, Anarane expanded her scope by taking on the HR & Business Support team. Tasked with rebuilding and scaling the practice, she successfully led the team through a period of growth and transformation, ensuring they achieved strong performance and profitability. Her ability to balance results-driven leadership with a people-first approach sets her apart as an inspiring role model.
