IT Support Specialist (2-Years Contract)

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the school's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable access to educational and administrative systems for students, teachers, and staff. This role provides technical support, manages hardware and software resources, maintains network connectivity, and assists with the implementation of technology initiatives that enhance teaching and learning.

What You'll Do

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to faculty, staff, and students by responding promptly to help desk tickets and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues with care and attention.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, interactive displays, smart boards, projectors, audio-visual equipment, and other educational technology devices across the campus.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions across various school systems while ensuring data security protocols are followed at all times.
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, learning management systems (LMS), and other educational applications by performing installations, updates, patch management, and proactive system monitoring.

What You'll Need

• More than 3 years' experience in IT Support environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with Windows operating systems (including device management), macOS platforms as well as mobile device ecosystems
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments—including user account management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to speak with international students, parents or staffs
