Senior Security Engineer (AI Security & Compliance)

About the Role

• Conduct security assessments and implement hardening measures across AI training environments, including GPU clusters, multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms, and data infrastructure.
• Lead remediation efforts by identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities and control gaps.
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve compliance programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance adherence.
• Drive vulnerability management initiatives, including security testing, threat analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with engineering teams to establish and enhance red team and blue team capabilities throughout the product and platform lifecycle.
• Promote security-by-design principles across cloud-native and AI-driven environments.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing security and compliance programs for global or international products and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security controls and best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) security and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and practical experience in offensive and defensive security operations.
• Ability to independently conduct security assessments, risk reviews, and compliance audits.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
