Cyber GRC Lead

Our client is a leading firm, currently looking to on-board a Cyber GRC Lead to their team. This role offers exposure to multiple clients across financial services, government, and enterprise environments, allowing you to influence security strategy while leading the delivery of complex compliance and risk programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive business growth through client engagement, solution consulting, and pre-sales activities.
• Lead complex GRC pursuits, translating business requirements into practical cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
• Develop and present tailored proposals, statements of work, and pricing models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across client organisations.
• Lead the delivery of GRC consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Mentor and guide a team of GRC consultants, fostering technical excellence and professional development.
• Provide oversight across multiple client engagements while remaining involved in key strategic initiatives.
• Support assessments, audits, and advisory projects

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 years of experience within Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Prior experience within a consulting, advisory, professional services, or client-facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience leading project delivery and managing client expectations.
• Ability to conduct pre-sales activities, solution design, proposal development, and business development discussions.
• Strong knowledge of at least two or more key frameworks:
  • ISO 27001
  • PCI DSS
  • MAS TRM
  • CCOP
  • IM8
