IT Project Manager (6 Months Contract, $5,500)

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the heart of driving technology transformation across Southeast Asia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve orchestrating complex portfolios of investment and operational initiatives using established frameworks that ensure seamless ways of working. You will engage deeply with cross-functional teams—engineering, product management, finance—to guarantee alignment between technical execution and strategic business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Define clear project scopes, objectives, and success metrics while developing detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for each initiative.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope and budget by identifying potential risks early on and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous process optimisation across all programmes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical execution with broader organisational goals while facilitating open communication between stakeholders.
• Drive process optimisation by implementing best practices in programme management frameworks such as agile methodologies across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee asset tracking throughout their lifecycle – from acquisition through maintenance to disposal – ensuring compliance with financial regulations and global standards.

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years' experience in infrastrucure and application project management
• Good experience in Agile methodology planning and execution
• Prior hands on experience or technical knowlegde in network/system infrastructure or application support or operations would be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate across different regional stakeholders and business users throughout project implementation and delivery
