Head of PMO (Central, $12,000 - $14,000)

As the Head of Project Management Office, you will be entrusted with establishing and embedding a robust project management methodology that supports enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of building a centralised project management framework that underpins large-scale transformation across multiple regions and functions, ensuring consistent delivery standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy that aligns with organisational goals and priorities, ensuring all initiatives support long-term business growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from initiation through execution to closure—ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive organisational change by championing user adoption through effective communication strategies, stakeholder engagement and understanding the business processes well.
• Actively manage complex projects hands-on until the project management team is fully established, providing guidance on planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.

What You'll Need

• More than 8 years' experience in project management with proven track record in managing cross-functional departments and large-scale projects.
• Strong stakeholders management to manage different department heads, C-Level Executives and other senior stakeholders in the business.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies allows you to tailor approaches based on specific project requirements while maintaining consistency across portfolios
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions demonstrates your ability to handle high-impact assignments involving multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in NetSuite Financial ERP would be an added advantage.
• Certified with PMP, PRINCE2 or CITPM.
