AI Copilot Change Manager (6-Months Contract)
This pivotal role is designed to support the business by establishing robust foundations for reporting, communication, and updates across key AI-driven initiatives leveraging Copilot Agents and prompting. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in rapidly delivering practical, reusable assets that enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of stakeholder engagement and internal communications.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver standardised reporting templates tailored for regular communication sessions with various business units, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
- Develop structured communication strategies and reporting frameworks to support ongoing updates across multiple AI-driven programmes over the next nine months.
- Create internal strategic communication templates suitable for diverse programmes and initiatives, including leadership-ready summaries and stakeholder-facing materials.
- Build reusable Copilot Agent prompt sets and prompting methodologies to streamline template creation and facilitate ongoing refinement by team members.
- Produce practical guidance documents and real-world examples to enable teams to independently adapt and utilise new templates effectively.
- Deliver comprehensive training or enablement materials aimed at uplifting team capability in using Copilot Agents and advanced prompting techniques.
- Assemble a clear handover pack detailing template usage guidance, ownership responsibilities, and recommended next steps for continued success post-engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure alignment on communication standards and best practices throughout the change programme lifecycle.
- Monitor progress against deliverables, providing timely feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communication quality and process efficiency.
What You'll Need
- Demonstrated experience in change management or strategic communications within complex organisational environments, ideally involving digital or AI-driven transformation projects.
- Proven track record of developing effective reporting templates, update packs, toolkits, or other reusable business assets that drive operational efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Copilot Agents and prompting techniques with the ability to apply these skills in practical business contexts for immediate impact.
- Experience supporting the rollout or adoption of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools within large organisations.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training sessions or enablement materials focused on upskilling teams in new technologies or processes.
- Exceptional written communication skills with an aptitude for producing executive-ready reports as well as accessible business-facing content.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement abilities with a talent for building consensus across multiple teams and programmes simultaneously.
- A hands-on approach characterised by responsiveness, adaptability, and a commitment to moving quickly from ambiguity to tangible outputs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite applications as well as experience facilitating learning initiatives related to digital workplace productivity.
