NICE Trader Voice Engineer (Banking, 1-Year Contract)

As a Trader Voice Engineer based in Singapore, you will be immersed in the day-to-day management of regional voice operations alongside a knowledgeable project team. Your responsibilities will span from providing hands-on L1/L2 support for NICE Voice recording systems to coordinating intricate migrations and upgrades across trading floors.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive L1/L2 support for NICE Voice recording systems and Trading Floor voice applications, ensuring rapid resolution of business-impacting issues through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and execute migration, upgrades, and deployments of voice recording platforms during user, floor, or site transitions, guaranteeing minimal disruption to business operations.
• Deliver onsite support for user testing on Turrets as well as Cisco phone features during migration phases, facilitating smooth adoption of new functionalities by end users.
• Collaborate with internal project managers and external vendors to report issues promptly and implement effective solutions that meet organisational requirements.
• Participate actively in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support, systems programming, and data centre capabilities.
• Monitor, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities identified through enterprise risk management processes by partnering with Information Security teams to reduce operational risk.
• Drive timely remediation of End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) software components including operating systems, databases, and application elements to maintain platform stability.
• Perform regular system health checks, capacity planning, patch management, and performance tuning to ensure optimal availability of voice infrastructure.
• Communicate technology solutions effectively across diverse audiences including technical staff, managerial stakeholders, business executives, and vendor representatives.
• Lead the resolution process for complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors while fostering a supportive team environment.

What You'll Need

• More than 5 years' hands-on experience with NICE Voice recording systems as well as IPC Trading systems
• Good experience in L1/L2 Helpdesk and End-user support in voice engineering capabilities
• Experience with banking/financial services environment would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Trading Floor technologies including IPC/Cisco/Avaya telecommunication platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support end-users.
