Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer

We're partnering with a global organization to hire an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer to support and enhance a highly available enterprise environment across regional offices. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across both cloud and on-premises infrastructure, supporting critical business operations while collaborating with regional teams.

What You'll Do:

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure services across office and remote environments
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless networks and connectivity services
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related infrastructure services
• Support Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Manage virtualization platforms and server infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability and security
• Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and technical issues
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity and security posture across multiple locations
• Support patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation activities
• Work closely with regional IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements and technology refresh initiatives
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and standards
• Engage with stakeholders and business users to ensure a high level of service delivery

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Systems or Network Engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and enterprise connectivity
• Experience administering Fortinet/FortiGate or similar enterprise firewall platforms
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience supporting enterprise office infrastructure and end-user environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, networking and cloud technologies
• Comfortable working with regional and global stakeholders
