About the Role

• Lead research and experimentation in LLMs and Generative AI.
• Design, execute, and analyze AI/ML research projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to develop scalable AI solutions.
• Share research findings and contribute to innovation initiatives across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in NLP, Generative AI, or LLM research.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, reasoning models, sentiment analysis, or entity recognition.
• Exposure to synthetic data generation and AI-driven data augmentation techniques.
