Head of Digital Transformation & Strategy

About the client We are partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation journey across business operations, technology, and data capabilities. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced transformation professional to drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives, AI adoption, governance, and business innovation across the organisation.

About the role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to modernise processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead enterprise digital transformation and technology modernisation initiatives
• Drive AI, data analytics, and automation adoption across the organisation
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify transformation opportunities and improve operational effectiveness
• Establish strong governance, risk management, and cybersecurity practices
• Lead and develop cross-functional business technology teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across the organisation
• Manage strategic technology vendors and external partners
• Support digital-first culture transformation and innovation initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, or emerging technology initiatives
• Experience in governance, project delivery, and enterprise change management
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Experience within large enterprises, financial services, or technology-driven environments will be advantageous
