• Exceptional influencing skills combined with strong negotiation abilities to manage stakeholder relationships effectively across all organisational levels.
• Hands-on experience applying recognised project methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP certification standards.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts along with practical experience using AI-powered tools (such as Copilot) for enhanced reporting or workflow automation.
• Ability to facilitate structured business analysis using approaches like Six Sigma to identify process improvements.
