  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and sensitive documents while upholding strict confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating diplomacy and discretion during every interaction.
  • Handle highly confidential information related to executive communications, strategic initiatives, and corporate decisions with integrity and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Regional leadership by proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges before they arise.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities by liaising with senior leadership teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up on key initiatives.

  • A minimum of 7–10 years’ experience providing executive support at senior levels within multinational corporations such as Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, Financial Services, FMCG or Professional Services.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities demonstrated through successful management of multiple priorities and tight deadlines in demanding settings.
  • A proven track record of handling confidential matters with utmost professionalism, discretion, honesty and integrity when dealing with sensitive information or confidential projects.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enabling you to draft clear correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences across all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build trust-based relationships with executives, peers and external partners alike through warmth and empathy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as familiarity with modern collaboration platforms for efficient workflow management.
  • A proactive approach combined with solution-oriented thinking that enables you to adapt seamlessly within evolving environments while remaining responsive even when faced with last-minute changes or urgent requests.
