What you'll do:

As a Senior Administrative Executive (6 Months Contract), you will play a pivotal role in supporting consulting professionals by expertly managing their schedules, travel arrangements, expenses, and confidential information requests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve anticipating needs before they arise—prioritising tasks thoughtfully while balancing multiple demands—and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. You will be instrumental in facilitating smooth operations for meetings and events by providing logistical support such as setting up conference rooms or restocking supplies. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment processes and onboarding activities within People business functions. Your ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining composure under pressure will be key to your success. By contributing to various administrative tasks across Business, People, and Marketing Teams—including document preparation and reporting—you will help drive efficiency throughout the organisation.   • Coordinate complex business and personal calendars for multiple consulting professionals, ensuring all deadlines are met and schedule changes are managed proactively.
  • Prepare detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, book travel arrangements, and process expense reports efficiently for consultants.
  • Handle sensitive information requests with discretion, exercising sound judgment when responding to unique or urgent situations involving confidential data.
  • Strategically liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination across all levels of the organisation.
  • Balance multiple priorities by assessing risk, urgency, importance, political impacts, and other relevant factors while assimilating unfamiliar issues rapidly.
  • Assist in managing emails and requests promptly, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and professionalism at all times.
  • Provide logistical support for internal and external events including meeting arrangements, conference room setup/cleanup, and restocking office supplies as needed.
  • Support People business functions such as recruiting, onboarding/offboarding processes, and coordinate with colleagues across various departments.
  • Contribute to Business, People, and Marketing Team tasks including preparing PowerPoint presentations, maintaining Excel trackers, generating reports, and handling additional responsibilities as identified.
