Senior Personal Assistant
An established private office is seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth international family based in Singapore.
This is a fast-paced, high-touch role suited for an experienced individual who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and is able to operate with exceptional responsiveness, discretion, and professionalism.
The successful candidate will work closely with both the principals and the wider private office team to ensure seamless coordination across household, lifestyle, travel, and concierge matters globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal and household support to the principals and family
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
- Manage and oversee household operations, including coordination with drivers, chefs, housekeepers, and external vendors
- Support family logistics, events, family visits, and overseas travel planning
- Liaise closely with the principal’s Executive Assistant and international support team to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Handle lifestyle and concierge requests with urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain oversight of calendars, appointments, schedules, and ad hoc personal matters
- Anticipate issues proactively and provide solutions before escalation
- Ensure all matters are handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Travel alongside the principals when required
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or private households
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and operationally strong
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Able to think ahead, multitask effectively, and remain composed under pressure
- Energetic, hands-on, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a 24/7, fast-moving support environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across international teams and vendors
- Flexible with working hours and travel requirements
