What you'll do:
As Office Manager Southeast Asia Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple offices across Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless delivery of client services, from reception to meeting room coordination, while maintaining high standards in facilities management and document services. You will also manage legal support functions by collaborating with partners to optimise secretary allocations. Success in this role requires proactive improvement of processes using AI technology where possible; leading regional projects; partnering with senior stakeholders; maintaining robust security protocols; championing exceptional client service; presenting confidently; and nurturing a collaborative team environment. - Oversee the efficient delivery of office operations functions across Southeast Asia, including client services such as reception, meeting rooms, catering, facilities management, and document services.
- Support global centres of excellence in areas such as corporate real estate management, AV/VC technology, physical workplace health and safety (WHS), document production, travel management, and project delivery for office operations.
- Manage the legal support function by collaborating with partners to ensure effective secretary allocations and balanced workloads across regional offices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within office operations and legal support functions by leveraging AI technology and innovative solutions.
- Lead regional office operations projects or services as required to enhance operational standards and service quality.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and employee engagement throughout Southeast Asia offices.
- Ensure robust facilities management practices are maintained in environments requiring 24x7 operational coverage, including direct involvement with physical security measures and business continuity planning.
- Champion a genuine passion for client service by aligning operational objectives with the firm's commitment to providing exceptional experiences for external clients.
- Present confidently to senior audiences by communicating messages clearly with energy, enthusiasm, and clarity both verbally and in writing.

- Degree in Business Administration or related fields is required for this role.
- At least ten years' experience managing office operations roles including oversight of local and remote staff teams.
- Previous experience working within a professional services firm is highly desirable.
- Very strong people management skills demonstrated through leading high-performing teams and influencing others positively.
- Ability to drive strategic change by leveraging AI technology and emerging innovations within office operations.
- Genuine passion for client service that aligns with organisational objectives focused on delivering exceptional experiences for external clients.
- Extensive facilities management experience including environments requiring some degree of 24x7 operational coverage as well as direct involvement with physical security measures and business continuity planning.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills enabling confident communication with senior audiences through clear presentations delivered with energy and enthusiasm.
