Facilities Management (4 months contract)

What you'll do:
As a Facilities Manager in Singapore, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the workplace remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all employees. Your day-to-day activities will involve acting as the go-to person for facility-related queries while managing operational matters such as maintenance coordination and space allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, including maintenance issues, space utilisation, and minor workplace changes to ensure effective communication across teams.
- Manage daily operational and floor matters to guarantee smooth office operations and address any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of office premises by liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Support office security operations by overseeing access control processes and emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment for all staff.
- Organise workstation, locker, and space assignments based on established guidelines to optimise space utilisation and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding logistics such as access cards, mobile phones, and workplace setup to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Contribute to business continuity planning and incident response activities as required to uphold organisational resilience.
- Oversee office and pantry services, supplies, and consumables to maintain service levels while controlling costs effectively.
- Support internal office functions and events by coordinating operable walls, furniture reconfiguration, and other logistical requirements.
- Perform routine performance, incident, and compliance reporting using internal systems to ensure adherence to technical standards, SOPs, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
