What you'll do:

As a Sales Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around supporting the sales team through efficient handling of shipping documents, coordination with logistics partners, preparation of quotations, and maintenance of accurate records. Your ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners will be crucial in ensuring that orders are processed smoothly from start to finish.

By managing multiple tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and responding to customer enquiries, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of the sales function.   • Prepare accurate monthly quotations for export shipments to support the sales team’s business objectives.
  • Manage the preparation of essential documentation for direct shipments to ensure compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.
  • Perform data entry tasks using the company’s in-house system to maintain up-to-date sales records and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support through various ad-hoc duties as needed by the sales team or management.
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries by communicating effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to guarantee timely fulfilment.
