What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development initiatives aimed at acquiring new corporate clients as well as high-net-worth individuals seeking expansion into Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Understand each client’s unique business, mobility, and structuring needs by conducting thorough consultations and coordinating tailored solutions across corporate services, tax advisory, and immigration.
  • Conduct engaging client meetings, presentations, webinars, and networking activities to showcase the firm’s integrated solutions and build trust with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain enduring client relationships with a strong focus on service quality, commercial outcomes, and mutual success.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including corporate secretarial, tax advisory, and case management departments to ensure seamless project execution for every client engagement.
  • Support market expansion initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth within the region and contributing to overall business development strategies.
  • Work collaboratively in a performance-driven environment where clear KPIs and revenue targets guide your daily activities and measure your impact.
  • Participate actively in seminars, partnerships, personal branding efforts, or private client acquisition campaigns to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.
  • Leverage your networking skills to establish connections with industry partners, potential clients, and relevant stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
  • Contribute insights from prior exposure to cross-border business or high-net-worth clientele to refine service offerings and improve client satisfaction.

What you bring:

  • Minimum two years of proven experience in business development, consulting, client advisory or relationship management within corporate services, migration consultancy, wealth management, accounting/tax or related industries is required.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English as well as Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with diverse clients across Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities enable you to build trust quickly with clients while managing relationships effectively over time.
  • A commercially driven mindset combined with proactive initiative ensures you consistently identify new opportunities for growth while delivering results aligned with organisational goals.
  • Experience participating in networking events such as seminars or partnership campaigns demonstrates your ability to expand the firm’s reach through personal branding or private client acquisition efforts.
  • Prior exposure working with cross-border businesses or high-net-worth clientele is preferred as it equips you with valuable insights into international consulting challenges.
