An exclusive luxury bridal boutique is seeking an experienced Senior Bridal Stylist to join its close-knit team. As Senior Bridal Stylist, you'll be entrusted with the boutique's most valued clients, including high-net-worth and overseas brides, and play a key role in raising the standard of the client experience across the team.

What you'll do

• Lead private bridal consultations with warmth and confidence, listening closely to each bride's vision, priorities and budget
• Curate personalised gown selections that suit her style, silhouette and venue
• Guide brides through emotional decisions with empathy and clarity, building trust quickly
• Present pricing, packages, policies and timelines clearly and transparently
• Convert appointments into sales through a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Follow up consistently with undecided brides across longer sales cycles
• Recommend thoughtful additions, such as second gowns and accessories, to complete each bride's look
• Own every client relationship from first consultation to fittings, alterations and wedding-day handover, keeping accurate records throughout
• Coordinate closely with the alterations partner and operations to ensure seamless delivery
• Support boutique events such as trunk shows and VIP appointments

What you bring

• At least 5 years of consultative sales experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, aesthetics or bridal
• Proven ability to build rapport with and manage high-net-worth clients
• Meticulous organisation and follow-up skills, with strong attention to detail such as record-keeping of client details, product information, payments, and follow-ups.
• High emotional intelligence and composure in sensitive conversations, including budgets
• Polished presentation and a genuine passion for fashion and bridal design
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work weekends and support boutique events when required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (operations/fittings/alterations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
