Strategist Project Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing Fintech organisation to hire a Strategy & Transformation Specialist to support high-impact strategic initiatives across the business. This role sits close to senior leadership and offers strong exposure to business strategy, digital transformation, cross-functional projects, and executive stakeholder management within a technology-driven banking environment.

About the role

• Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across digital banking and fintech domains
• Drive strategic analysis including market trends, competitive landscape, business performance, and growth opportunities
• Partner closely with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to align strategic priorities and execution plans
• Support transformation and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between long-term strategy and operational outcomes
• Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases, and materials for senior leadership and management discussions
• Track strategic KPIs to support organisational alignment and performance monitoring
• Conduct data-driven analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
• Contribute to initiatives related to digital banking innovation, customer experience, and business growth

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience within strategy, transformation, consulting, business planning, or product strategy functions
• Prior experience in digital banking, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven organisations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with data and business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
• Exposure to strategic projects, transformation initiatives, or digital business environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Passion for digital banking, fintech, and innovation-led businesses
