What you'll do:

As an EPC Contracts Manager, you will immerse yourself in every stage of the contract management process for significant construction initiatives across Singapore. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure procurement strategies are robust and compliant. You will take charge of preparing essential documentation such as tender documents, cost analyses, evaluation reports, Letters of Award, and final contract agreements. • Compile complete Contract Agreements ready for client execution, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks such as PSSCOC and SIA Building Contracts.
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support the smooth running of projects and contribute positively to team objectives.

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building or Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification is required for this position.
• At least 10 years’ experience working on projects governed by Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) or SIA Building Contracts is essential.
• Demonstrated track record managing local public sector construction projects from inception through completion is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary for effective documentation and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in all aspects of tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration.
