Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement professional to join a leading global organisation with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, influence key business decisions, and partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and markets to deliver commercial value and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep strategic sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex procurement projects within a regional environment.

What you'll do:

As the Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving procurement excellence across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect procurement categories to support regional business and operational objectives
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing activities to optimise cost, service, quality, and risk outcomes
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide commercial and procurement expertise
• Drive supplier performance management, vendor governance, and compliance with procurement policies and risk management frameworks
• Conduct market analysis and category reviews to identify sourcing opportunities, industry trends, and value creation initiatives
• Support procurement transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives across the region

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex regional environment.

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management within a multinational organisation
• Experience managing regional sourcing initiatives and working with stakeholders across multiple APAC markets
• Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, and commercial evaluation capabilities
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS, CPM, CPP, or equivalent will be advantageous
