Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement professional to join a leading global organisation with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will bring deep strategic sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex procurement projects within a regional environment.
What you'll do:
As the Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving procurement excellence across the APAC region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect procurement categories to support regional business and operational objectives
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing activities to optimise cost, service, quality, and risk outcomes
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide commercial and procurement expertise
- Drive supplier performance management, vendor governance, and compliance with procurement policies and risk management frameworks
- Conduct market analysis and category reviews to identify sourcing opportunities, industry trends, and value creation initiatives
- Support procurement transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives across the region
What you bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex regional environment.
You will ideally have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management within a multinational organisation
- Experience managing regional sourcing initiatives and working with stakeholders across multiple APAC markets
- Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, and commercial evaluation capabilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS, CPM, CPP, or equivalent will be advantageous
