Regional General Procurement Senior Buyer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement professional to join a leading multinational consumer goods organisation with a strong regional presence. This role offers the opportunity to influence procurement strategy across multiple APAC markets, partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive value creation, supplier excellence, and sustainable sourcing outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong indirect procurement experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering commercial value through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships.
What you'll do:
As a Regional General Procurement Senior Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting procurement initiatives across the region while partnering with business functions to optimise sourcing outcomes and supplier performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across assigned indirect procurement categories to support business objectives and regional priorities
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management activities to drive value, innovation, and service excellence
- Partner closely with regional and local stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and risk mitigation across procurement activities and supplier portfolios
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to support informed sourcing decisions and category strategies

You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in indirect procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing within a multinational organisation
- Experience managing regional procurement projects and working with stakeholders across multiple markets
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings, value creation, and procurement process improvements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
