  • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders from Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical, Legal, Plants, and external agencies around shared priorities and key milestones.
  • Lead the preparation of artwork briefs and coordinate with design agencies to ensure brand consistency while managing job prioritisation based on risk factors and deadlines.
  • Drive packaging development processes across consumer, sales, and transport units by ensuring all legal, trade, technical, and branding requirements are met for each market.
  • Manage end-to-end master data creation in SAP systems including RDP setup, EAN/ITF code coordination, and communication of code changes to relevant parties.
  • Own the documentation workflow across platforms such as SAP, WAVE, and InDesign to guarantee final approved packaging is ready for first production in line with launch schedules.
  • Maintain accurate process tracking through database management and provide regular status updates to stakeholders across regions to ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
