An exceptional opportunity awaits for an experienced Global Process Owner Lead to play a pivotal role in a world-leading organisation’s digital transformation journey.
The heart of the company’s global commercial operations, this position offers you the chance to shape the future of business processes by leading the implementation of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. You will be at the forefront of transforming legacy systems into a streamlined, digitally enabled environment that supports every aspect of the order-to-cash and logistics lifecycle. This is your chance to work closely with influential stakeholders across continents, drive process simplification and automation, and ensure seamless business integration—all while enjoying a supportive culture that values inclusion, professional growth, and employee wellbeing.
- Be part of a major global transformation project, driving the adoption of cutting-edge ERP technology to modernise core business processes and deliver lasting value across international operations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical experts in a highly visible role that bridges business needs with innovative technology solutions.
- Enjoy a flexible, inclusive work environment in Singapore’s vibrant commercial hub, with access to comprehensive wellbeing programmes, career development support, and family-friendly benefits.
What you'll do:
As Global Process Owner Lead, you will immerse yourself in a transformative role where your expertise will directly influence how core commercial processes are reimagined for a digital future. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with diverse teams—ranging from data architects to change managers—to ensure that every element of the order-to-cash cycle is optimised for efficiency and compliance. You will champion process standardisation initiatives while acting as a bridge between business users and technical experts. By guiding the design authority and overseeing documentation quality, you will help create robust workflows that underpin seamless ERP adoption. Your ability to foster strong relationships across departments will be crucial as you coordinate training efforts and manage stakeholder expectations. Ultimately, your success will be measured by how well you enable high-quality project delivery while nurturing an environment of continuous improvement.
- Take full accountability for delivering process outcomes within the Move & Sell Workstream as part of the modern ERP programme, ensuring all objectives are met to high standards.
- Co-own design authority alongside workstream leads, executing within established guidelines while leading efforts to standardise and simplify end-to-end business processes using Fit-to-Standard approaches.
- Review and endorse detailed process documentation to support functional design specifications for new ERP solutions, providing critical business context and insights throughout.
- Work collaboratively with solution architects, data specialists, technology teams, and change managers to confirm delivery of integrated process designs that meet both operational requirements and compliance standards.
- Engage proactively with internal users and key business stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements, align solutions with business needs, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units and SAP S/4HANA implementation teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
- Drive successful execution of data simplification strategies during system upgrades by working closely with master data teams to ensure real-time reporting capabilities are adopted effectively.
- Lead change management initiatives by supporting training programmes for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes while maintaining continuous feedback loops for ongoing improvements.
- Oversee project delivery in partnership with PMO and other process leads, monitoring key metrics and KPIs to ensure timely implementation aligned with best practices and future flexibility.
- Identify risks related to process design or system integration early on, supporting mitigation strategies in collaboration with project leadership to safeguard successful outcomes.
What you bring:
To excel as Global Process Owner Lead, your background should reflect significant exposure to both technical systems and commercial operations within complex organisational settings. Your proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects—particularly those involving SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms—will be invaluable as you guide teams through change. You bring not only technical acumen but also outstanding interpersonal skills; your ability to connect with stakeholders at every level ensures alignment around shared goals. A history of successfully implementing standardised processes demonstrates your commitment to efficiency without sacrificing quality or compliance. Your approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration: you understand that true progress comes from listening carefully to user feedback while balancing strategic priorities. With your keen eye for detail and passion for continuous improvement, you are ready to make a meaningful impact on both daily operations and long-term organisational success.
- A university degree in either a technical or commercial discipline provides you with a solid foundation for understanding complex business environments.
- At least 8–14 years’ experience in roles involving large-scale process transformation or ERP implementations equips you with deep practical knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse intricate business processes and propose effective solutions ensures you can navigate challenges confidently.
- Extensive familiarity with order-to-cash (O2C) processes—ideally within large organisations—enables you to quickly grasp operational nuances relevant to this role.
- Hands-on experience designing reports or dashboards using SAP-originated data means you can support senior leaders’ decision-making through accurate metrics.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams—including those spread across time zones—demonstrates your capacity for fostering collaborative cultures.
- Experience managing projects focused on end-to-end standardisation or simplification (such as Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification) is highly valued.
- Knowledge of internal controls related to process design helps maintain governance throughout transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (especially ECC or S/4HANA) allows you to act as an expert resource during implementation phases.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills empower you to engage effectively with users at all levels—from end-users through senior leadership—and communicate vision clearly.
