What you'll do:
As Regional Service Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer service across multiple countries.
- Guide the Customer Service team to achieve high-quality outcomes by focusing on operational excellence through process improvement, key performance indicators, standardised work practices, metrics tracking, and goal setting.
- Ensure the growth and development of capacity and capability within regional Customer Service organisations to consistently deliver customer excellence and satisfaction.
- Oversee operations and development of Spare Parts and Service Distribution Hubs throughout the region to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Develop operational plans tailored for the region that fulfil customer needs while managing resource allocation to optimise profitability within the service business.
- Evaluate market potential and opportunities based on feedback from customers as well as broader economic trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Assess new business ideas by prioritising them according to risk management principles and commercial viability.
- Create innovative service solutions in partnership with Business Unit experts and lead these offerings to successful market adoption.
- Manage the life cycle of regional service products actively to ensure continued relevance and value for customers.
What you bring:
- Strong background in operational management, including resource planning, service delivery, supply chain coordination, or aftermarket/business support functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams in complex, multicultural environments.
- Experience translating customer and market needs into scalable operational and commercial solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to contracts, business performance management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across both functional and business leadership teams.
- Strong project and change management capabilities, with a track record of delivering business-critical initiatives.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
