An established organisation within the FMCG sector is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support regional marketing initiatives on a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple markets in Asia, contributing to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product-related initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to various aspects of brand management, including campaign execution, performance analysis, and project coordination. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Support end-to-end marketing activities across multiple Asian markets

What you'll do:
- Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans across assigned markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Media, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners
- Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and in-store activations
- Monitor brand performance using internal and external data sources; provide insights and recommendations
- Coordinate packaging and artwork processes to ensure timely and compliant launches
- Manage budget tracking, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial reporting
- Support product-related processes such as documentation and market readiness coordination
- Assist in developing point-of-sale materials aligned with brand and channel requirements
- Track competitor activity and support preparation of performance updates for stakeholders
- Manage timelines across multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early
What you bring:
To excel as an Assistant Brand Manager (6-Month Contract), you will bring hands-on experience from previous roles within fast-moving consumer goods or similar industries where you have supported multi-market campaigns. Your background should demonstrate not only technical marketing know-how but also strong interpersonal abilities that allow you to work collaboratively across functions such as sales, supply chain management, finance, legal affairs, creative agencies—and more. You are adept at analysing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business growth. Your organisational skills enable you to manage several concurrent projects without losing sight of deadlines or quality standards. A proactive communicator by nature, you thrive when sharing knowledge within a team setting while remaining open-minded about new approaches. Your adaptability ensures you remain effective even when faced with ambiguity or rapid change. Above all else, your passion for nurturing brands shines through everything you do—making you an invaluable contributor who helps elevate both products and people around you.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience in brand management or marketing within FMCG or consumer-related industries
- Exposure to regional or multi-market environments is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
- Effective communicator with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Experience with budget tracking and financial processes; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous
