Success in this role means being highly organised, detail-oriented, numerically capable, adaptable to change—and above all—committed to delivering outstanding results through collaborative teamwork.
  • Assist in conceptualising and implementing annual marketing plans for the organisation's iconic brands across various markets
  • Develop comprehensive 360-degree brand campaigns, including ATL and BTL activities that resonate with local market dynamics while maintaining global brand standards
  • Monitor social media pages for the brands by managing content calendars and engaging with consumers to build positive sentiment and brand loyalty.
  • Track monthly sell-in and sell-out performance using internal sales data and external sources like Nielsen; analyse trends to identify growth prospects and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Present brand performance insights to regional leadership teams by preparing detailed reports on activity outcomes and competitor analysis.
  • Lead discussions with research agencies to track brand health metrics and scout for new opportunities based on consumer feedback and market trends.
  • Oversee packaging artwork development by coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure timely production updates; approve artwork inputs for new packaging or visuals as required.
  • Manage product registration processes by liaising with relevant departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and accurate documentation.
  • Work closely with trade marketing teams on POSM localisation—developing on-pack designs and premiums while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
