An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Product Manager to join a leading organisation in the Asia Pacific region, supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Product Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will be at the heart of efforts to bring advanced medical device solutions to healthcare professionals across Asia Pacific. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with marketing leaders and country teams as you help coordinate product launches, gather market intelligence, prepare impactful communications materials, and support training initiatives. By maintaining a keen awareness of evolving market dynamics and customer needs, you will contribute meaningfully to strategic planning processes while developing your own expertise in one of healthcare’s most vital fields. Success in this role comes from your ability to connect with others across cultures, manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for improving patient care through technology.

  • Assist in collecting and organising detailed product information to support the development of the Cardiac Rhythm Management product roadmap for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Help ensure that local country activities are aligned with broader regional priorities by supporting the positioning of key CRM products through effective coordination and communication.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns by working collaboratively with local teams to adapt promotional activities for both new and existing products.
  • Assist in gathering comprehensive market data, customer feedback, and competitor updates to provide actionable insights that inform strategy and identify emerging trends within the CRM space.
  • Track product performance metrics across various markets in the region, helping to identify opportunities for growth and areas requiring additional focus or resources.
  • Prepare engaging product updates, presentations, and reports that facilitate clear communication within internal teams as well as across different departments involved in CRM initiatives.
  • Provide essential materials and assistance to local teams for customer meetings, proposals, and marketing activities, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of product tools, training materials, and sales resources that empower commercial teams to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions designed to enhance team understanding of key product features, clinical value propositions, and messaging strategies.
  • Participate actively in cross-functional meetings and project workstreams, offering input on process improvements while building strong relationships with colleagues throughout the organisation.

What you bring:

To excel as an Assistant Product Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will bring proven experience from roles within healthcare or medical devices where you have supported clinical operations or contributed directly to marketing initiatives. Your educational background equips you with analytical thinking skills necessary for interpreting complex data sets while your interpersonal abilities foster positive connections across multicultural teams. You thrive when given opportunities to collaborate on shared goals—whether preparing compelling presentations or assisting with training sessions—and your adaptability ensures you remain responsive as priorities evolve. A natural communicator who values clarity and inclusivity, you are motivated by opportunities for personal growth as well as by making tangible contributions toward improved patient outcomes.

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology or another relevant field provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • At least five years’ experience within the healthcare industry—ideally including clinical support, sales support or marketing roles—with a minimum of two years focused on Cardiac Rhythm Management or related areas such as Electrophysiology.
  • Exposure to CRM or EP (Electrophysiology) fields is highly regarded; an interest in current market trends within medical devices will further strengthen your application.
  • A basic understanding of medical device market dynamics combined with a willingness to learn about new developments ensures you can contribute valuable insights into growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated comfort working within cross-functional teams—especially those operating in matrix structures—and openness to feedback are important qualities for thriving here.
  • Professionalism, reliability, approachability and cultural sensitivity enable you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • A proactive mindset marked by curiosity about problem-solving and eagerness to contribute fresh ideas supports ongoing improvement efforts within marketing and product planning functions.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the APAC region allows you to participate fully in projects, events and team meetings as needed.
