A leading organisation in the foodservice industry is seeking a Singapore based Marketing and Communications Manager to spearhead integrated marketing programmes across the APAC region. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape the regional presence of multiple renowned brands, driving commercial growth through innovative product marketing, digital strategy, and impactful communications. What you'll do:

As Marketing and Communications Manager you will orchestrate the planning and execution of integrated marketing programmes that elevate multiple brands throughout the APAC region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategic product marketing plans that resonate with local audiences while upholding global standards. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams—sales managers, culinary experts, product marketers—and external partners such as creative agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns across print, digital, and event channels. Digital strategy will be central to your role: you’ll lead SEO/SEM efforts, manage social media presence, oversee email campaigns, optimise web content management systems, and analyse campaign performance data for continuous improvement. Event coordination is another key aspect; you’ll plan major trade shows like FHA or Thaifex from concept through execution. Supervising MarCom specialists requires nurturing their skills while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Success in this role means connecting brands with customers through thoughtful communication strategies that foster loyalty and drive commercial outcomes.

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing plans tailored for each brand within the APAC region, ensuring all messaging aligns with local market needs and global positioning.
  • Translate global product strategies into regionally relevant communications across online and offline channels to maximise engagement and sales support.
  • Work closely with country teams to prioritise products and adapt collateral for optimal fit in local markets.
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for APAC including SEO/SEM initiatives, social media campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, and web content management.
  • Track digital performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation; present actionable insights to senior management regularly.
  • Build and manage customer and channel partner databases for targeted digital communications that drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with PR, advertising, and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.
  • Work closely with chefs to for new product launches, road shows, events and partnership.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional trade shows and customer events including logistics management, booth setup, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Supervise MarCom specialists by providing guidance on project delivery while managing budgets effectively to control spending.

  • Proven experience in product marketing or brand management within B2B or foodservice sectors is highly valued for this position.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO/SEM strategies, social media platforms management, email automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to manage multi-brand portfolios while communicating distinct value propositions for each brand across various channels.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English are essential
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities enabling successful delivery of multiple simultaneous programmes under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams, culinary professionals, product marketers, global colleagues as well as external agencies or vendors.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance data using digital analytics tools; able to present clear insights that inform future strategy decisions.
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally (up to 10%) as required for trade shows or customer events.
  • Experience supervising direct reports such as MarCom specialists or support staff within a collaborative team environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field—or equivalent experience—is required.
