An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Executive to join a forward-thinking organisation in Singapore on a 12-month contract. This role is perfect for someone with approximately four years of experience in digital, website, or CMS-focused positions who is eager to make a meaningful impact through effective content management and digital communications. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from S$4,800 to S$6,200 and provides the chance to work within a supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

You will be empowered to take ownership of website content, ensure high standards of content governance, and play a key part in shaping the organisation’s digital presence. If you are looking for an inclusive workplace that encourages your enthusiasm for digital trends and supports your ongoing development, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

  • Enjoy a competitive salary package between S$4,800 and S$6,200 per month while working in the vibrant city of Singapore on a 12-month contract with flexible working opportunities.
  • Be part of a collaborative team where your attention to detail, organisational skills, and passion for digital communications will be highly valued and nurtured through training opportunities.
  • Take on a varied role that allows you to manage website content, support digital communications strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation’s online presence.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Executive, you will play an integral role in managing the organisation’s online presence by overseeing all aspects of website content management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all published materials meet rigorous quality standards while supporting broader digital communication strategies. You will have the opportunity to apply your keen eye for detail as you maintain content governance processes and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the CMS.

By contributing your insights into analytics and participating in social media activities, you will help shape how the organisation communicates its message across multiple platforms. Success in this role will come from your ability to balance process-driven tasks with creative input while fostering positive relationships throughout the business.

  • Manage and update website content using the organisation’s content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee content governance processes by maintaining high standards for published materials and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver effective digital solutions.
  • Troubleshoot website or CMS issues independently by applying strong problem-solving skills and liaising with technical teams when necessary.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital communication campaigns that enhance the organisation’s online visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Assist in developing editorial calendars and scheduling content updates to ensure timely publication of relevant information.
  • Contribute to social media activities by adapting messaging appropriately for each platform while maintaining consistent tone and branding.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share ideas, discuss challenges, and collaborate on new initiatives aimed at improving digital channels.

What you bring:

To excel as a Digital Executive, you will bring proven experience from previous roles focused on digital communications or website management. Your background will demonstrate your ability to handle complex tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You will possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect easily with colleagues across departments, ensuring smooth collaboration on projects.

Your enthusiasm for learning about new topics will help you uncover valuable content opportunities that resonate with target audiences. While prior exposure to professional services environments can be beneficial, what matters most is your willingness to engage deeply with both people and subject matter. A solid grasp of SEO concepts or basic coding abilities would further enhance your contribution but are not prerequisites for success.

  • Demonstrated experience—ideally around four years—in a digital, website management or CMS-focused role within any industry sector.
  • Proven ability to manage website content effectively using modern CMS tools while upholding high standards of accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent organisational skills combined with a process-driven approach that ensures deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels and build productive stakeholder relationships.
  • A proactive attitude towards troubleshooting technical issues independently or escalating them appropriately when required.
  • Sound judgement regarding content suitability coupled with meticulous attention to detail in reviewing published materials.
  • Experience or understanding of social media platforms including how tone and messaging should be adapted for different audiences; however, deep expertise in TikTok is not required or expected.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new business areas so as to identify relevant content opportunities that align with organisational goals.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles as well as basic HTML/CSS or coding knowledge would be advantageous but are not essential requirements.
