What you'll do:
As a Digital and eCommerce Specialist based in Singapore, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of online retail across Asia Pacific. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you working hand-in-hand with local teams to develop tailored strategies that drive business objectives forward. You will be entrusted with managing product listings on major marketplace platforms while orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to elevate brand presence and sales performance.
By analysing data trends and monitoring industry developments, you will proactively identify new avenues for growth—ensuring your recommendations are always grounded in actionable insights. Your ability to foster strong relationships with partners will be essential as you coordinate efforts between internal stakeholders and external agencies. - Collaborate with key country leads and distributors to enhance sell-through rates and customer engagement by continuously optimising guided selling processes, product offerings, pricing structures, and content strategies.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors, marketplaces, and retailers to implement impactful eCommerce initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to lead annual sales planning sessions with local markets and distributors, establishing robust pillars for indirect eCommerce growth.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing agendas and promotional activities tailored for diverse APAC markets across all indirect eCommerce channels.
- Drive expansion into new online channels beyond existing partner listings by identifying emerging opportunities within the digital landscape.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns encompassing email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media outreach, influencer collaborations, community engagement, and public relations efforts to boost indirect eCommerce sales; oversee agency relationships as required.
- Analyse campaign behaviours and long-term trends to uncover new levers for improving key performance metrics across multiple platforms.
- Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including marketing, design, and customer service—to ensure a seamless online experience for customers on third-party platforms.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketplace data including sales performance, traffic patterns, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and optimise product assortments as well as pricing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities within APAC markets to inform competitive pricing decisions and maximise both profitability and market share.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing third-party marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop—including an understanding of their algorithms and best practices for maximising sales results—is required.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, evolving best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to digital commerce is expected.
- An understanding of the interplay between direct-to-consumer (D2C) models and indirect channels is advantageous; experience balancing negotiations between offline retail environments and online marketplaces is highly valued.
- A keen analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes is necessary.
- Experience developing and executing successful marketplace strategies that deliver measurable returns on ad spend (ROAS) within APAC markets is important.
- Proficiency in analytics tools coupled with solid knowledge of performance marketing techniques is mandatory for this position.
- The ability to work both independently as an individual contributor as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams is vital for success here.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related field would be considered an asset but is not strictly required.
- Familiarity with Korean third-party platforms such as Coupang or Naver Shopping would be beneficial but not essential.
