What you'll do:
As a Digital and eCommerce Direct to Consumer Specialist based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital commerce across Asia Pacific. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around crafting impactful D2C strategies that not only drive online sales but also foster deeper connections between consumers and premium audio brands. You will be entrusted with optimising every aspect of the customer journey—leveraging advanced CRM systems, marketing automation tools, loyalty programmes, and personalisation tactics—to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat engagement. By identifying B2B opportunities within various channels and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as distributors or local market leads, you will help unlock new avenues for revenue growth.
Your expertise in data analysis will enable you to monitor sales performance, traffic patterns, competitor activities, and industry developments so you can proactively recommend improvements or capitalise on emerging trends. Through close collaboration with global teams on site optimisation projects as well as hands-on involvement in UX-UI enhancements using state-of-the-art tools, you will ensure that all digital touchpoints are intuitive and conversion-focused. Additionally, your ability to develop integrated media plans—spanning both paid advertising platforms like social media giants as well as organic channels—will be crucial in promoting new product launches while maintaining strong ROAS. Regularly generating detailed reports on campaign effectiveness will allow you to communicate successes clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly towards building an agile digital ecosystem that supports sustainable business growth throughout the region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies aimed at increasing online sales, acquiring new customers, and strengthening brand presence throughout the Asia Pacific region.
- Optimise every stage of the consumer journey by utilising CRM systems, marketing automation tools, loyalty programmes, and personalisation initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue through targeted campaigns.
- Identify B2B opportunities within various channels to generate additional revenue streams for D2C operations while balancing relationships between offline retail partners and eCommerce platforms.
- Maximise commercial performance of company websites by adopting a data-driven approach to identify emerging trends, spot new opportunities, and ensure optimal product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of APAC-wide promotional activities such as Gift with Purchase (GWP) campaigns and exclusive merchandise rollouts in collaboration with local market leads and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to define requirements for on-site optimisation on Salesforce Commerce Cloud-enabled D2C sites as well as other eCommerce platforms supporting regional distributors.
- Utilise UX-UI tools to analyse user behaviour on digital platforms, identifying pain points in navigation or interface design to ensure seamless user experiences that result in high conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on website elements, marketing messages, and user experiences; leverage insights from these tests alongside broader data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Build robust e-commerce calendars, assortments, and strategic plans together with business development managers and country-specific teams or distributors for both direct and indirect eCommerce channels.
- Develop integrated digital media plans using paid channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) alongside non-paid channels (including email marketing), manage agency relationships for post-campaign analysis, track return on ad spend (ROAS), promote new product launches, attract new customers, retain existing ones, and provide comprehensive reporting for all D2C environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or a related field is required for this position.
- A minimum of two years’ experience driving direct-to-consumer growth within digital commerce environments is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency with leading eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is necessary for success in this role.
- Experience utilising UX-UI methodologies or tools to improve customer journeys is highly desirable.
- Background in consumer electronics or general retail sectors would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices within dotcom environments coupled with an understanding of evolving consumer behaviours is expected.
- Up-to-date awareness of industry trends along with familiarity regarding emerging D2C technologies is important for ongoing strategy development.
