As a Digital and CRM Specialist, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of digital marketing and CRM for the Asia Pacific region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with sales, marketing, communications managers, and retailer networks to deliver seamless customer journeys that reflect both global standards and local cultural relevance. You will use advanced analytics to interpret data patterns from multiple sources—maximising information within the CRM system—to inform business planning, process improvements, and solution assessments. By developing innovative digital experiences linked to global platforms, you will enhance engagement across all touchpoints. Your expertise will be instrumental in steering teams towards achieving KPIs through insightful dashboard analysis while also providing hands-on support via training sessions. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to improved customer satisfaction results, increased retention rates, and sustained business growth.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies, managing the in-house Salesforce-based system to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance.
  • Support sales and marketing teams as well as retailer networks by providing data analytics and segmentation insights that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Interpret CRM dashboard metrics and scorecards, guiding teams through data-driven decisions that align with key performance indicators.
  • Deliver training and coaching on CRM tools at retailer level, fostering excellence in customer relationship management throughout the network.
  • Design and implement customer experience strategies tailored to Asia Pacific audiences, mapping pre- and post-handover journeys unique to the brand.
  • Create new digital experiences that connect local channels with global platforms such as eDMs and chat functions, enhancing customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications Managers to build effective communication plans surrounding customer journeys and prospecting activities.
  • Support marketing campaign creation by understanding stakeholder needs, contributing insights that improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and manage regional digital marketing initiatives based on global strategy, overseeing paid media content, social media activity, and website management.
  • Analyse (U)HNWI audience data to identify untapped target groups for new car sales, certified vehicles, and aftersales opportunities.

  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Marketing & Communications with proven exposure to digital marketing within the automotive or luxury industry.
  • Established understanding of Salesforce systems with practical experience managing CRM processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others using data-driven insights in collaborative environments.
  • Deep appreciation for cultural diversity within the Asia Pacific region coupled with sensitivity towards local market nuances.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling identification of data patterns from primary and secondary sources for business decision making.
  • Experience designing customer-centric digital experiences that link local channels with global platforms such as eDMs or chat functions.
  • Ability to support sales funnels from awareness through engagement to conversion using digital marketing tactics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills allowing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including communications managers and retailer networks.
