What you'll do:
As Marketing and Public Relations Manager, you will orchestrate a wide range of initiatives designed to elevate the brand’s profile across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with dealers to plan impactful retail marketing campaigns using established tools. You’ll analyse results against sales targets while maintaining consistent communication with both Sales and Aftersales teams. By aligning central campaigns with local strategies, you’ll empower dealers to develop robust digital media approaches. Regular reviews of marketing plans will ensure optimal resource allocation—including APAC fleet usage—while your stewardship of support funds guarantees maximum engagement. Acting as a brand guardian means upholding strict compliance standards among agencies/vendors. You’ll also manage the regional call centre, support audits in partnership with headquarters, collaborate on lifestyle-driven events for enhanced customer engagement, coordinate CRM/digital activities at all levels, supervise system implementations for seamless data collection/reporting processes, train dealers on new projects like owner clubs, define strategic PR plans approved by senior management, oversee communications budgets/content calendars/social media monitoring/media relations/crisis management/media briefing compilation—and always keep abreast of competitor activity. - Support the planning and execution of each dealer’s retail marketing plan by utilising standard tools to ensure retail targets are met through appropriate activity.
- Ensure dealer marketing activity is planned, delivered, and effectively analysed in line with prospects, sales targets, and variable margin policy while maintaining open communication with dealers and internal teams on a daily or weekly basis.
- Align central and regional campaign objectives within dealer marketing plans by enabling the network to develop cohesive digital, media, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews, reporting, planning sessions, and measurement of dealer marketing plans to maximise use of resources such as the APAC fleet during assigned periods.
- Allocate dealer support funds strategically to ensure best value for money while maximising engagement across the network.
- Act as a brand guardian by communicating guidelines clearly to dealers so they remain compliant at all times; ensure agencies/vendors adhere to event formats and policies.
- Manage the call centre for Southeast Asia and India located in the region while supporting dealer marketing spend assessment in collaboration with headquarters.
- Collaborate with brand extension partners where possible for cost-savings, lifestyle elements integration, and increased customer engagement at events; share best practices with dealers regularly.
- Coordinate CRM & digital activities at both regional and dealer levels; supervise implementation of new systems (CRM/reporting) ensuring alignment with headquarters requirements.
- Define & deploy strategic PR plans for India & dealers; manage communications budgets; monitor social media accounts for compliance; organise PR activities/programmes; compile media briefing books; build media/celebrity/influencer relations; handle crisis management promptly.
