A leading organisation is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment excellence across the APAC region, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, and Australia. This role offers you the opportunity to shape regional hiring strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to attract and engage high-calibre professionals.

What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner APAC, you will be entrusted with shaping the future workforce of a dynamic organisation operating across multiple countries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with business leaders to set strategic hiring plans that anticipate future needs.

  • Partner with senior leaders and the CHRO to define regional hiring strategies that align with business objectives and labour market trends across APAC.
  • Develop multi-year roadmaps for critical roles and succession gaps by analysing talent availability and market dynamics within each country.
  • Support employer branding efforts by representing the organisation at networking events and recruitment fairs, enhancing visibility among top talent.
  • Source both active and passive candidates through digital platforms, referrals, structured outreach campaigns, and professional networks to build healthy pipelines for recurring and niche roles.
  • Strengthen relationships with agencies, universities, and associations across all six APAC markets to ensure access to high-impact talent pools.
  • Run structured selection processes including competency interviews, case assessments, and cultural-fit reviews to ensure hiring decisions support long-term organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations on onboarding processes, check-ins during probation periods, and offboarding activities for a consistent employee experience.
  • Champion consistent interview standards across the region by coaching hiring managers on best practices and assessment techniques.
  • Track key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, quality of hire, pipeline health; use HRIS tools for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present monthly dashboards and insights to senior leadership while identifying bottlenecks in recruitment processes and proposing improvements.

What you bring:

To excel as a Talent Acquisition Partner APAC you will bring proven experience managing complex recruitment assignments within multinational organisations and have demonstrated success engaging stakeholders across APAC through clear communication and collaborative facilitation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline is required for this role.
  • At least five years of end-to-end talent acquisition or recruitment experience within corporate or multinational environments is essential.
  • Experience in financial services, asset management or family office settings is highly advantageous for understanding industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent facilitation skills combined with strong communication abilities enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with employment practices across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong & Australia ensures compliance in cross-border operations.
  • Proven expertise in selection methods including competency interviews and assessment techniques supports robust hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools or other recruitment technologies enhances operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills allow you to interpret recruitment data accurately and make informed recommendations based on market trends.
  • Highly organised approach enables you to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adaptability coupled with emotional intelligence empowers you to operate independently within lean teams in an evoling organisation.
