We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to support our client in hiring for front office roles within the wealth management sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact recruitment projects, focusing on attracting and securing top-tier private bankers, relationship managers, and other critical front office professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates within the private banking and wealth management space.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Management: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and professional guidance at every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the private banking or wealth management industry to understand market trends, competitor insights, and talent availability.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefings and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the private banking or wealth management sector (agency or in-house).
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other tools to identify passive talent.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Outstanding candidate engagement abilities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
