What you'll do:
As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that span the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent through engaging recruitment campaigns to ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with various departments to address staffing needs efficiently while maintaining meticulous records of job descriptions and employment documentation. You will play a vital role in administering benefits programmes that support staff welfare, configuring HR systems for optimal alignment with business objectives, and updating policies to reflect evolving best practices. Your empathetic approach will be essential when conducting exit interviews or handling sensitive employee relations cases. Additionally, you will foster a sense of belonging by organising orientation sessions for newcomers as well as social events that enhance team spirit. Success in this role means being proactive in supporting both operational excellence and employee satisfaction within a caring healthcare environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including drafting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews with department managers, and supporting both local and overseas hiring initiatives such as job fairs or campus recruitment.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions within the company and prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
- Track recruitment progress for open roles by following up with stakeholders and ensuring timely closure of vacancies while coordinating accommodation arrangements for new hires when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for human capital management activities such as performance appraisals, annual increments, bonus payments, and benefits administration including medical claims, insurance matters, leave management, and work injury compensation claims.
- Configure HR systems to align with broader human capital strategies while assisting in the review and update of company policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees, manage clearance processes including repatriation where applicable, and handle work pass applications or renewals in accordance with government regulations.
- Oversee uniform issuance and related matters to ensure all staff have appropriate attire for their roles while maintaining accurate records.
- Support employee relations by assisting in disciplinary matters with sensitivity to resolve challenges amicably and strengthen workplace relationships through effective case closure.
- Arrange orientation programmes for new employees to ensure thorough induction into the organisation’s culture and expectations while coordinating social or recreational activities that promote staff interaction and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services that contribute positively to overall organisational goals.
What you bring:
Your background should include practical experience managing core HR functions such as recruitment coordination, benefits administration, policy updates, and employee engagement activities—ideally gained within healthcare or service-oriented organisations. Your ability to interpret employment legislation ensures compliance at every stage of the employee journey while your familiarity with digital HR platforms enables efficient workflow management. You bring warmth and empathy when interacting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds; your collaborative nature helps nurture positive relationships throughout the organisation. A keen eye for detail supports your administrative accuracy while your openness to feedback drives ongoing personal development. By combining technical know-how with emotional intelligence, you are well-positioned to excel as a Senior Executive Human Resources who contributes meaningfully both operationally and culturally.
- Possess at least two years of hands-on experience in human capital management or HR operations within the healthcare or service sectors; applicants from these backgrounds will have an advantage.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws as well as contemporary talent management principles relevant to the local context.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels while resolving queries or concerns empathetically.
- Showcase strong interpersonal abilities that allow you to build trust-based relationships across diverse teams while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
- Display proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and AI tools for streamlining processes or generating actionable insights.
- Bring proven problem-solving capabilities coupled with adaptability so you can respond constructively to changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
- Hold a recognised degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration which underpins your technical competence.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement by seeking out training opportunities or sharing best practices within your network of peers.
