What you'll do:

As Head of Talent Acquisition, your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around shaping the future of recruitment for one of Singapore’s most respected organisations.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition activities across the entire organisation, covering corporate, technical, engineering, facilities management, township operations, and frontline functions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with business growth plans and evolving workforce requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs, prioritise hiring efforts, and ensure timely fulfilment of critical roles.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for both common and hard-to-fill positions across multiple disciplines.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice in Singapore.
  • Continuously review and optimise recruitment processes, policies, and systems to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall hiring outcomes.
  • Lead recruitment transformation projects such as applicant tracking system (ATS) optimisation, analytics-driven decision-making, and process automation.
  • Effectively manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to support large-scale or specialised hiring needs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, hiring costs, and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team by fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and high performance.

What you bring:

To excel as Head of Talent Acquisition in this prominent organisation, you will bring extensive experience gained from leading large-scale recruitment functions within operationally intensive sectors such as facilities management, engineering services or property management.

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline with substantial academic grounding relevant to talent acquisition.
  • At least 10–15 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles with proven success in leading sizeable in-house teams within complex environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment for technical, engineering, facilities management, property management or operations functions is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trusted partnerships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment transformation initiatives including process improvement, technology adoption (such as ATS), analytics utilisation and automation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of workforce planning methodologies coupled with hands-on experience in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore’s employment market regulations along with fair hiring practices ensuring compliance at every stage of the process.
  • Commercially minded approach combined with operational agility; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery when required.
  • Resilient attitude adaptable to change; comfortable operating within fast-moving settings where priorities may shift rapidly.
