The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and will not hesitate to roll up their sleeves when required.

  • Support the creation of performance management processes and evaluation criteria
  • Contribute to organisational design discussions, role clarity initiatives, and workforce capability planning
  • Recommend and implement HR best practices that support the organisation's long-term growth

Process Improvement & Business Support

  • Build and standardise HR processes, documentation, and operating procedures where required
  • Introduce structure and consistency across people-related workflows and practices
  • Support broader operational and business initiatives as required
  • Work collaboratively across functions to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience
  • Contribute to projects outside of traditional HR responsibilities where needed within a lean and agile environment

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 5–10 years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Organisational Development, or related experience
  • Experience reviewing and developing HR policies, frameworks, and employee processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build programmes, processes, or structures from the ground up
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing practices constructively
  • Comfortable operating within a lean team environment with evolving priorities
