HRIS Support (6 Months contract)
A leading hyperscale data centre platform is seeking a committed HRIS Support Specialist for a 6-month contract to join their team in Singapore. What you'll do:
As an HRIS Support Specialist, your daily responsibilities will revolve around nurturing positive user experiences by providing dependable support for the company’s HR system.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for HR system-related issues raised by users, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication throughout the process.
- Assist in maintaining HRIS workflows, processes, and data configurations to guarantee accuracy and efficiency within the platform.
- Investigate and resolve user issues relating to system processes and data accuracy by applying logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Support testing and validation of new workflows, enhancements, and fixes to ensure optimal performance of the HRIS platform.
- Work closely with the HRIS Project Manager on ongoing implementation and optimisation activities, contributing valuable insights from user feedback.
- Track and monitor system issues, resolutions, and user requests using established documentation practices for transparency and improvement.
- Support data cleansing, uploads, and reporting where required to maintain reliable information within the HR system.
- Assist in preparing simple user guides or process documentation that facilitate easy understanding for all stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the HR system by providing empathetic guidance and support.
What you bring:
Your proven experience in supporting HR systems or related technology projects will be invaluable as an HRIS Support Specialist. Whether you have worked directly with platforms like Workday or SAP or simply possess strong logical thinking abilities paired with excellent troubleshooting skills, your capacity for nurturing positive outcomes is essential.
- Prior experience supporting HR systems, HR operations, or HR technology projects is advantageous for this role as it enables you to understand complex workflows quickly.
- Experience with platforms such as Feishu, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP, Darwinbox, Talenox or similar systems is preferred as it allows you to contribute immediately to ongoing projects.
- Comfortable handling system/process-related queries from users with patience and empathy ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills helps maintain high standards of data accuracy within the platform.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining responsive to team needs supports overall project success.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to build trustful relationships throughout the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling allows you to manage reports efficiently.
