HR Specialist (10 Months contract)

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. Balancing operational execution with strategic stakeholder advisory, you will facilitate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and regional collaboration within an inclusive, people-centric environment.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities by managing interview schedules, preparing offer letters, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure every employee has a positive experience when joining or leaving the organisation.
• Support performance management activities including review cycles, goal setting sessions, and talent discussions to nurture employee development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programmes that foster a sense of belonging and communal spirit within the workplace.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide day-to-day HR advisory support on matters such as policy interpretation and employee relations.
• Administer HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records, benefits administration, and handling HR documentation efficiently.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes while maintaining compliance with local employment regulations in Singapore.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with regional and global HR teams to share best practices and support cross-border HR activities where applicable.

• 5–7 years of generalist experience spanning the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding through performance management and offboarding.
• Confident in navigating local employment laws and advising business stakeholders on compliance.
• Methodical approach to prioritizing high-volume tasks and leveraging HRIS systems to streamline operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of driving inclusive employee engagement and building trust across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as experience using HR information systems is advantageous for streamlining daily tasks.
