What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle within the organisation. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, administering HR operations such as benefits and documentation, and driving engaging internal programmes. You will also partner closely with stakeholders to provide advisory support on various HR matters while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Success in this role requires you to be highly organised, empathetic towards employees’ needs, responsive to stakeholder requests, and committed to continuous improvement. - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities by managing interview schedules, preparing offer letters, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure every employee has a positive experience when joining or leaving the organisation.
- Support performance management activities including review cycles, goal setting sessions, and talent discussions to nurture employee development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programmes that foster a sense of belonging and communal spirit within the workplace.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide day-to-day HR advisory support on matters such as policy interpretation and employee relations.
- Administer HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records, benefits administration, and handling HR documentation efficiently.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes while maintaining compliance with local employment regulations in Singapore.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

- Approximately five to seven years of progressive experience in human resources within a generalist capacity is required for this position.

- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices as well as familiarity with relevant HR processes ensures you can navigate local regulations effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with outstanding interpersonal abilities allow you to build trustful relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills enable you to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a collaborative environment.
