What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Executive, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective hiring, onboarding, and employee management.
- Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Monitor manpower costs and support budgeting efforts.
- Handle HR administration including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and staff certifications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Manage work pass applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Advise employees on HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
- Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth internal processes.
- Coordinate licensing and certification requirements where applicable.
- Manage statutory submissions including CPF, IR8A, IR21, and government claims.
What you bring:
You bring hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment, with a solid understanding of HR operations and local employment regulations. You are organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in Infotech or similar HR systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive and inclusive mindset.
