- Collaborate closely with business leaders to align people strategies with regional and functional objectives, ensuring that all initiatives support both immediate needs and long-term goals.
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to optimise structure and enhance operational efficiency.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable People & Organisation (P&O) strategies that deliver measurable results across multiple markets.
- Contribute actively to the development and execution of P&O strategies for Southeast Asia and regional commercial functions by partnering with Centres of Expertise.
- Ensure consistency in processes, tools, and initiatives across diverse markets while adapting best practices to local contexts.
- Drive ongoing improvement of HR processes, policies, and operations by identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing innovative solutions.
- Support organisational restructuring efforts by facilitating the implementation of new operating models in line with evolving business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to people metrics, providing valuable insights that inform decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to attract top talent aligned with company values while supporting workforce planning and headcount management within budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate internal mobility programmes and international assignments as appropriate to promote career growth and knowledge sharing among employees.
