- At least seven years of relevant experience in credit risk management or related fields within financial services.

- In-depth understanding of local regulations pertaining to unsecured lending in Singapore’s financial sector.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with technical competency to deliver industry-standard outputs using modern data tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of credit risk concepts including strategy development, customer segmentation, and policy formulation.
- Proven experience in credit risk modelling frameworks such as Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD).
- Track record of applying credit risk models as well as model implementation and validation within retail banking environments.
- Familiarity with recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models as applied to retail credit risk assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to engage collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Outstanding written, oral communication, and presentation skills essential for conveying complex information clearly.
