They are actively recruiting for a driven and seasoned professional to join them as a Private Banking Relationship Manager to establish and strengthen relationships with their HNW clients.

They are actively recruiting for a driven and seasoned professional to join them as a Private Banking Relationship Manager to establish and strengthen relationships with their accredited investors and HNW clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new relationships within the accredited investor segment, while building long-term client partnerships.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and provide suitable wealth management and investment solutions aligned with their needs.
- Ensure all client onboarding activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and related documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through appropriate cross-selling and ongoing portfolio discussions.
- Keep clients informed of relevant market developments, investment trends, and economic insights to support informed financial decisions.
- Contribute to the achievement of business growth, revenue, and client acquisition objectives.
- Deliver a high standard of client service and enhance the overall client experience through responsive and professional relationship management.
- Develop a strong understanding of the needs of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with cross-border wealth management requirements, including those with exposure to the North Asia markets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate investment transactions and ensure the timely completion of sales documentation, product agreements, and related service documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a related financial advisory environment.
- Exposure to serving clients with investment interests in the North Asia markets would be advantageous.
- Relevant CMFAS certifications (such as M1, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI).
- Good understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and a broad range of wealth management products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
