Relationship Manager, Priority Clients Onshore
Our client, a globally recognised bank with strong APAC presence, is actively seeking Relationship Managers to expand their Wealth Banking division in Singapore. This is a valuable opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with high-profile clients, guiding them throughout their financial journey by delivering tailored financial solutions through both digital and personalised service channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and high-quality service to priority clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience across all interactions.
- Manage leads, schedule and document appointments accurately, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client requests.
- Understand clients’ financial priorities and life-stage needs to recommend suitable wealth, protection, and financial planning solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships founded on trust, service excellence, and a strong understanding of individual financial goals and preferences.
- Stay informed on market developments, financial products, and promotional initiatives to deliver relevant and timely client insights.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards in all client activities and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to provide seamless client service and share best practices.
- Utilise performance and management information tools to monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
- Demonstrate adaptability in responding to evolving market conditions, products, and business priorities.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and conduct aligned with organisational values.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management with a strong track record of managing client relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and engage clients effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in financial markets, products, and industry developments to support informed client conversations.
- Good understanding of market trends and the ability to apply insights to client recommendations.
- Experience using management information systems or similar tools to track performance and support portfolio management.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment while maintaining strong teamwork and service standards.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement in client and stakeholder interactions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and relationship development.
